I met with Renay Wells in April 2007, during her time based at the Hot Tuna Sydney office.  The meeting to secure a role as an Australian designer based in the Global HQ, Californian office.

During our meeting Renay showed her passion for the brand in particular for swim, impressing me with her knowledge of the swim/surf industry.  Renay’s responsibility and awareness to the given timelines, was critical for development and production of Hot Tuna ranges. 

She also built and maintained the company's sourcing and design operation in Shanghai, China.  With committed communication and professionalism towards our suppliers.
